UK Shariah Opportunity (11% Fixed Return Per Annum)
An enticing private equity opportunity presents itself through Oasis Water – Project “Aqua,” a private drinking water provider with an established presence in Southern Africa. The business seeks additional capital to fuel its expansion, including the consolidation of bottling facilities and an extended footprint. Innovate Solutions has reserved funds to potentially invest in this endeavour, aiming to raise between R20 million and R50 million. This investment aligns with a critical need, as Sub Saharan Africa grapples with limited access to clean drinking water, a dire situation with only around 25% of the population having access. Oasis Water’s potential expansion is supported by increasing demand for bottled water due to deteriorating water infrastructure and pollution concerns. The opportunity encompasses various segments in the drinking water market, with Oasis Water holding a significant position in Water Shops/Kiosks and the bottled water sector. Backed by a track record of growth and strategic initiatives, Oasis Water plans to utilize raised funds for immediate expansion and operational enhancement, including adopting more sustainable practices. This calculated venture opens doors to significant growth, contributing to both strategic and impactful portfolio enhancement.
It is closed but, there is another tranche opening in late 2023.
