Born in an entrepreneurial family who had a family distribution business from 1954, he learnt many valuable business principles by observation of his dad and siblings in his early years. He built on this by learning, practice and experience. This has allowed him to develop his business acumen and judgement.
Articled at KPMG, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and then co-founded G&G Chartered Accountants Inc and Galaxy Leather & Luggage in 1994, a leather and gifts distribution business. Also co-founded Personal Wealth Management in 1997. All of these businesses have achieved phenomenal and consistent growth over many years and still exist today. This was primarily due to their focus on capacitating clients growth in their businesses and their assets. Anil also has a reputation as a restructure and tax specialist.
He loves business and enabling clients and society achieve optimal growth of their assets on a consistent basis. He believes that economic well-being is a vital step to social well-being and a progressive society. A progressive society also allows each individual the opportunity to attain financial freedom.
