The FinBridge Capital (FBC) Opportunity is used to finance daily grain-trading account of an established trading house. The trading house purchases the grain from the farmer and this finance is from that date until the grain is sold and paid for by the customer. The trading house has been in the business for 20 years with established farmers and customer relationships. FBC has been financing such transactions for with great success for over 10 years. FBC has currently over R270 million in this type of finance transaction. There is a 50% security from FBC in the form of cession on a bank account held by them.

To finance their developments, they are issuing sophisticated investors securitized Loan Notes that have first legal charge over the properties.
