Dalia Cohen (COO) Confluence Impact Fund Manager
Dalia Cohen is the Chief Operating Officer of Confluence Investors, an impact-focused fund manager investing in publicly listed companies across the non-BRIC global emerging markets.
With more than 20 years of international experience spanning over four continents, Dalia brings a rare combination of investment insight, strategic leadership, fundraising expertise, and operational excellence. Her career has been defined by helping businesses grow, building high-performing teams, and creating long-term value across diverse markets and industries.
Before joining Confluence, Dalia held senior leadership roles in the financial sector, where she led business development and fundraising efforts for respected firms including Oak Hill Advisors, JLL Partners, and Trimaran Advisors. She also built valuable experience in the technology space, serving in CFO and senior strategy positions at Small World Sports and DoubleClick, Inc., the pioneering digital advertising company later acquired by Google.
Dalia began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in Mergers & Acquisitions and Global High Yield, laying a strong foundation in corporate finance and capital markets.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and a BA from Columbia University in New York.
Originally from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Dalia now lives in London, bringing to Confluence a truly global perspective shaped by deep experience across emerging markets, finance, technology, and strategy.
