Trevor Glassock is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in the retirement fund and financial services sectors in South Africa. His extensive career encompasses significant roles in EB consulting and administration, wealth management, financial planning, investment specialization, and the governance of retirement funds.

Trevor’s tenure includes key leadership positions such as CEO of Glassock and Associates, where he spearheaded the growth of the business from a small EB brokerage to a leading EB administration and consulting business. COO of the ICTS Group and Head of Sales and Business Development at Unstoppable YOU, where he oversaw the distribution of neuroscience-based personal development programs.

In addition to his work in retirement funds and institutional clients, Trevor has advised High Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, offering bespoke financial advice that includes wealth preservation, tax optimization, and estate planning. His deep understanding of the intricacies of managing significant wealth has allowed him to craft personalized strategies that address the unique challenges faced by these clients, while ensuring the protection and growth of their assets over time.

As of April 1, 2025, Trevor has joined the Innovate Solution Group as a Senior Wealth Planner. In this new role, he brings his wealth of experience in financial planning and wealth management to assist clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. At Innovate, Trevor will focus on providing strategic advice to both individuals and organizations, drawing on his extensive background in investment management, tax planning, and retirement fund governance.

His expertise is deeply rooted in his time at Glassock & Associates (now Bidvest Wealth and Employee Benefits), where he ascended from Client Portfolio Manager to CEO. During this period, Trevor was instrumental in expanding the firm’s operations, implementing advanced IT systems, and securing major clients, resulting in substantial growth in assets under management (AUM) and membership

At ICTS Group, Trevor managed the operations of a R50 million turnover unclaimed benefit tracing and call centre business, demonstrating his ability to oversee complex financial operations

His strategic vision at Glassock & Associates led to a doubling of turnover, a substantial increase in AUM from R3.5 billion to over R15 billion, and the implementation of cloud-based IT solutions that revolutionized client fund administration and management.
